1. What is your return policy?

We maintain a strict no refund policy. Since our collections are limited edition, we won't have any items coming back. Furthermore, since our business runs on a pre-order basis, your order is created at least 2 weeks before being shipped out, so by the time we start shipping, all our pieces are complete and there are no raw materials left to create another piece. With this in mind, please carefully select what you want to buy so you won't have any issues with returns. Please note that items marked as "final sale" also cannot be returned.

2. Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

3. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within UAE. We do not offer international shipping.

4. What is the processing and shipping time for orders?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. For domestic orders within Dubai, we offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Why is it taking so long for me to receive my order?

Please keep in mind that our business operates as a pre-order business. This means that we open up orders a month before actually shipping out orders. Once you place the order, we kindly ask that you wait for about 2 - 4 weeks before your order is shipped out. However, there can be a possibility that you receive it earlier! Since our products are all handmade, it requires us more time to create your order, so please don't panic if you don't receive it immediately!

6. Why can't I see the product I want?

All of our products are limited edition. If you can't seem to find the item you are looking for, unfortunately, that means it is out of stock for good.
